The content, designs, graphics, images, videos, and code on this website belong to Focus Creation or their respective owners. Please do not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our permission.
Client work shown on our website or portfolio may be displayed for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed with the client.
Services & Packages
Our packages provide a starting point for our services and can be customized according to your brand’s needs.
The final services, deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be agreed upon before work begins. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be discussed and charged separately.

These terms explain how we work with our clients and how our website may be used. We’ve kept them simple and clear, but if anything is unclear, feel free to contact us.
1. Payment
A 50% advance payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is payable upon completion of the agreed services.
All prices are exclusive of applicable VAT.
Once work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable.
2. Revisions & Approvals
Revisions are included within the agreed scope of the project or package. Additional revisions or requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Once a design, content, or deliverable is approved by the client, further changes may be treated as additional work.
3. Client Responsibilities
To keep projects on track, clients are expected to provide the required information, content, brand materials, access, feedback, and approvals on time.
Delays in providing these may affect the project timeline.
4. Third-Party Platforms
Some of our services use platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, hosting providers, and other third-party services.
We do our best to manage these services, but we cannot control their policies, updates, outages, algorithms, or approval decisions.
5. Results
We always aim to deliver quality work and help your brand grow. However, we cannot guarante specific results such as followers, reach, engagement, rankings, leads, sales, or revenue, as these can depend on many factors outside our control.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of information shared with us during a project and will not knowingly share confidential client information without permission, unless required by law.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The latest version will always be available on this website.
