Key Responsibilities:
. Client Relationship Management: build, manage and nurture long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent engagement, high satisfaction, and alignment with client needs and expectations.
. Strategic Planning and Execution: develop and implement both immediate and long-term business development plans to support revenue growth and brand expansion, adapting strategies based on market trends and organizational goals.
. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify potential areas for business growth. Leverage insights to shape strategies that increase client engagement and attract new business.
. Strategic Initiative Development: create and execute innovative initiatives that enhance brand visibility, customer loyalty, and market share, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and values.
Qualifications:
. Minimum Bachelorโs degree or equivalence in business, marketing, or in a related field.
. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
. Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies that have led to measurable growth and client engagement.
. Exceptional interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with a high level of professionalism.
Preferred: Access to a personal mode of transportation (such as a bike), which will provide added flexibility and efficiency in client meetings and fieldwork.
